Wild Fable oversized sleeveless v neck dress

Like new. Barely worn. No defects. Can be worn in any season: as a sundress or with a long sleeved shirt underneath and tights. Buttons on front are for decoration only. The only way to put this dress on is over your head (no zippers either). Please note the dimensions (when flat) as this is large for an XS: Waist: 17” wide Armpit to bottom: 23” Skirt (from waist to bottom): 19” (I am 5’5” and it hits at top of knees. Machine wash cold.
