theparisbee Brenda, I was looking to see if there was any news on the refund process and I accidentally hit “harassment” on accident when trying to exit the page. Just wanted to put it out there. Bad CS and business. Don’t think I’ll be doing business with PM after this is taken care of. If my refund isn’t resolved by this Friday, I’ll have to go through my credit card. And I had a $10 credit as well!

theparisbee @brendarucker139 Hi Brenda! Ya, that’s what it says on my end too. But because I am new to PM I didn’t know to WAIT for the return approbations with the shipping label. So I sent the jeans back myself (my label) But still PM doesn’t know how to operate their business when this happens and they don’t get back to us?! Shame of them!
