A Wilfred favourite literally made for twirling, this is a high-rise midi skirt with an elastic waist and sunburst pleats. It’s made with Fête Chiffon™ — lightweight, semi-sheer fabric with an ethereal drape.  Only worn twice, no defects/flaws other than size tag stitching is undone at one corner (see photo). Otherwise like new condition!
