This is real turquoise stones with gold square spacer beads and loops woven throughout as well as real genuine leather. It's made on to the leather double cord, very very sturdy piece. The leather also has 4 spaces for size adjustments, the website says these fit from about 6" to 8" So basically fits any wrist size.
