lolamaine @ncarpio440 maybe a tiny bit of stretch. It’s 3% spandex, 97% cotton. It’s certainly not stiff at all. 😊 Hope that helps!

ncarpio440 @lolamaine is it a tight on the butt upper area and flowy on the bottom or its loose all around?

lolamaine @ncarpio440 I would say a little more fitted at the top and looser around the legs, but it wasn’t tight on me. I would go by the measurements shown.

lolamaine @ncarpio440 hi again. I added a couple of pics to the listing. I’m guessing the hip area measures 20 inches across laying flat. Also, the interior button is missing. Does not affect the wearing of the garment at all, just full disclosure. I noticed it when I tried it on.

ncarpio440 @lolamaine thank you so much! Quick question- when Having it on Yourself was the bum/hip area of the skirt close to the skin like how it shows in the last picture? Or its not? Bc i was looking for a skirt that is closer/ a bit tighter to the upper area (the bum and hip area) and then its flowy and loose as it gets towards the bottom.

lolamaine @ncarpio440 it is not fitted on me. But truthfully I’m more of a size 6 and this is an 8.
