Willi of California Dress

Willi of California Black with tiny white polka dots and has round drooping neck line collar. The dress has a mesh type lining. the dress has a zipper in the back. Dress is a very light material with long sleeve dress. I think the dress would look great with a decent belt to dress it up with. Definitely an appropriate dress for a conservative workplace! and perfect for the summer heat even though it's long sleeve and a long dress
