William B polka dot romper

Only worn a couple times in great condition. Cute black and white romper with ruffles on the shoulders. The front is a v neck and there are small clasps to secure the front. There is a drawstring to cinch in the waist. Material is 100% rayon. William B is a cute boutique I got it from in Southern California.
