William & Clay Casual Black & White Striped Dress

Brand new (without tags) never worn, William & Clay Black and White striped dress. Size Large. Runs small, Would fit up to size 10. Thick straps with scoop neck in front and back. Very nice, quality material. Feels sturdy, yet still breathable. Hits mid thigh. Would look great dressed up with heels or casual with white chucks or flip flops!
