William Rast Ryley Flare Jeans / Pants Size 28 Optic White - Crisp Bright White 98% Cotton / 2% Spandex Vintage / Y2K / Mid Aughts Flare / Low Rise These vintage William Rast Ryley Flares are in excellent pre-loved condition. There are no stains or holes and show very minimal if any sign of wear. These were purchased at a boutique in the mid aughts. I do not recall the exact year but I believe it was between 2005 and 2008. The two front pockets are faux because of the low rise style. Please feel free to ask questions.
