Williams? Train O Gauge Model Railroad Norfolk & Western 1728 Diesel Locomotive

Up for sale, a Williams? Train O Gauge Model Railroad Norfolk & Western 1728 Diesel Locomotive This Locomotive is in overall good condition with some wear & age. Has a work horse look. Tested & Runs great. Navigates O/27 curves Headlight Works. The only markings on this locomotive is WRL on the trucks. I really don't know what manufacture it is. When I search WRL o gauge it brought up a Williams part. Maybe that's the connection. N&W 1728 was a real locomotive, a GM SD45. There is GM logos on this engine. But, I can't find another model of it nowhere. Maybe its a custom? (See pictures). Please Note: This model is being sold As Is.
