I purchased this pump brand new to use at work and only used it about 10 times. Listing includes: Original box with instructions 2 Willow 3.0 Portable Pump units both 24mm 30 loose milk collection bags (never used) 1 Charger (works on both units) 1 Carrying Case (The case can hold both units, charger, milk collection bags) The flange is the only part on these units that comes into contact with the body. They have been well cleaned and sanitized :)
