Willow & Clay S sweater cardigan small NWOT

NWOT women's small Anthropologie Willow and Clay sweater .. or cardigan? it has two snaps, the rest of it just flows. fyi that's not a hood on it, it's like extra neck fabric I guess, or shoulder draping or whatever. size small, wool / acrylic it seems like it would be very cozy and the material feels really nice however the arms are really thin so I haven't worn it. I included a lay flat measurement of the arm, as well as the rest of it. just wanted to mention those few things because I've seen people list it as a hoodie, which it isn't, and warn those that have any meat on their arms. if you're as twiggy as I was in my 20's this would be really cute. very hippie, Bohemian boho , perfect for if it ever gets cold again
