Willow & Clay blue dress

NWT blue polyester dress with buttons. It’s been in my closet since I purchased and clearing out dresses.It looks like there are some tiny marks (I had to search for them) from when I purchased it as I’ve never worn it that might come out when washed or with water. I’m showing them in the photos. Let me know if you need measurements.
