Willow & Clay off the shoulder romper (small)

Willow & Clay light blue , floral print , 3/4 pleated sleeves, off the shoulder romper with an elastic waistband with lit pockets. Not sure on the size (my daughter removed the tag-said it was itchy) I included the measurements. I believe the material is rayon it has a slight stretch to it. The color n print is beautiful and perfect for summer. The belt has a slit but it isn't noticeable at all. (See pics) you can stich it to fix it. Smoke n pet free home.
