Willow and Clay Blue Chiffon Skirt

Willow and Clay long skirt. Bright, deep royal blue chiffon. Layers and layers! Lightweight and floaty. Slightly crinkly fabric. The skirt is made of panels of fabric that overlap which gives a look of fullness. Fully lined. Elastic waist. Overall length 40 inches. When laid flat across the hem 32 inches. Please note that the hem actually fans out more than 32 inches due to the nature of the fabric and construction of the garment. When laid flat across waist is 12.5 inches but stretches a good bit more. Size S but it’s a generous small. Clean in like new condition.
