Willow and Wind cute Med length blue dress

This is a very cute pre-loved blue dress. It’s a little too thick for me now that I live in South Florida. It’s very hot here. It is polyester, rayon, nylon.. there is somewhere to the dress but other than that it’s perfect. Please ask any questions below.
