From the dress website (https://www.watters.com/willowby/products/brighton-beaded) : Bust =34, Waist =26. From measuring the dress flat: Bust = hard to measure because the cups are not straight across but 34 seems accurate (I am 33 inches across and it was a bit big) Waist=27 (but stretchy, I could wear it at a 28 inch waist).
