Willy Jay's Dress

Only worn twice. It's in perfect condition! It has a little bit of a high low effect but not really dramatic. There's a cutout on the back and 2 pockets in the front! Bought in a boutique in Charleston. Super fun! I'm 5'5 and it's a little short on me.
