Shoulder to shoulder is about 16.75”
Shoulder to cuff is about 24.5”
There is a slightly darker spot on the right lower front of the jacket. See ninth and tenth photos.

Hello! I added some photos showing measurements. I had to google what shoulder seams were. The last two photos are front and back. They are both about 10”. As I was measuring, I noticed a slightly darker spot. See 9th and 10th photos. If you have any questions, please let me know.
