Made by Win Win it's a Very sexy retro dress / tunic but you could slap some pants or leggings on of some kind and wear it as a shirt, it's Whatever you're comfortable with. there's no rules in fashion! the dress is made it has a flare bottom and it also has flared out sleeves. it's made out of 97% polyester and 3% spandex. and it's a size large to extra large. All I can say is fun!
