Jacket made by Outback Riders. It is reversible, with fleece on one side. Armpit to armpit is 27.5 inch’s, length is 30 inches. Sleeves are 33 inches . Side pockets with Velcro closing. There are toggles to keep out wind and rain. Jacket is black.
