This definitely blocks the wind and keeps heat in! It gives me 80s vibes when I wear it and I love it! Super fun green color and barely worn! It has a nice kangaroo style front pocket and a small pocket on the sleeve. It also has two ties to make it cinch at the bottom! So cute paired with leggings.
