Windsor Blue floral body con dress

Windsor dress. blue background with white, yellow and orange floral design. I'm not 100% sure what size it is. I tried it on and it was a bit tight which makes me think it's somewhere around a size 6 or 8 dress size. I'm short and it hits me at my knees. high neckline with button closure in the back. has a cutout on the mid to lower back. built in bra padding. kind of a medium sky blue.
