Windsor Dress

This dress is super fun and unique! Strapless with an embroidered, flowery flap of fabric over the bust. There’s a band of sheer fabric below the bust and there is a hint of sparkle through out the skirt. Very flowy and comfortable! Only worn once for dinner on vacation. Could not stop spinning around and admiring the flowy skirt!
