Windsor Embroidered Black Formal Dress

This is a black dress with embroidered roses around the chest area. Bodycon dress capturing your figure. Dress does have built in padding! The back of the dress has criss cross straps. I am 5’5 and in the picture, the dress reaches there above my knee.
