Windsor, Emerald Green formal dress (size Medium)

Windsor strapless dress, couple years old but only worn once. Very good condition. Zipper back and hook & eye closure. I bounce between small/medium, but the fabric is thick and stretchy, could fit either size. Loved this dress, so flattering! Great for a wedding guest or formal event.
