Windsor Formal Velvet Dress

Brand new, never worn! Size small maroon maxi dress from Windsor. Has a flocked floral velvet design and a plunging V-neckline to style with a statement necklace. The back of the dress has an open design and is complemented with cross-back spaghetti straps. Love this dress and bought it to wear to a wedding but it ended up being too cold that day for this dress.
