Windsor Light Blue Sparkly Sequined Iridescent Strappy Open Back Mermaid Gown XS

This dress is stunning! If you’re looking for a gown for a formal event, homecoming HOCO, or a nice gown for Halloween Summerween, this is her. It looks like it’s been worn once as it does have some minor show of wear (makeup stains on the inside as seen in photos) that a dry cleaning will take care of. Also seen in photos is where someone reinforced the right strap, sewing it from the inside. Not sure why they did that as the strap doesn’t look like it was compromised at all. This can only be seen from the inside. Beautiful formal mermaid gown!
