Windsor Light Blue Turquoise Strappy Dress

This is a really fun turquoise dress! It has a beautiful twist front, spaghetti straps, and is the perfect length! I wore it for a wedding and it's still in great condition!:) Size 7/8 (medium-large), and only flaw is small stain pictured last!
