Windsor Light Blue & White Lace Party Dress

A fun dress from Windsor in size S. Fits well on my size 4 mannequin. 90% polyester/10% spandex - comfortable fit and stretchy. Great condition, smoke-free home. Approx measurements when flat: armpit to armpit 16”, 13 1/2” across waistline (unstretched), and from shoulder to hem is about 30 1/2”. Light blue below with white lace over (not 2 layers, though, it’s one fabric). Zips up back, skirt flares like a skater’s skirt with a couple large pleats.
