Windsor Maxi Dress

This maxi has only been worn 1 time. It is double layered with tie in back. This dress scoops low. There is a shoulder strap adjustment that makes it easy for any boob size to wear.I am 5’3 and the maxi is exactly floor length.If you’re any taller than 5’3 it might be a little bit short. This dress is super flattering.
