Windsor Maxi Dress

Windsor maxi dress size small. Hemmed a bit at the bottom — I am 5’1 and had heels on and it hit right above my toes! There are a few threads sticking out here and there but nothing problematic that can’t be cut easily! Open strappy back is pictured. Padding in the chest. Size small
