Windsor Navy/Royal Blue Dress

Really pretty dress that is good quality and well made. It has a lace layer on the outside. There are zippers and a lace backing to it. It fits great and is super flattering. The horsetail bottom is also a nice feature. The dress is mini-knee length. There is no size written on the tag but it fits like a small.
