Windsor Off The Shoulder Royal Blue Dress (S)

This Windsor off the shoulder royal blue dress (S) is gorgeous! I wish it still fit me. Perfect for a wedding or other formal event. The bodice is fitted and then flows away from the body on the bottom. The sleeves sit right off the shoulder, or you can position them to go lower down on the arm (which is what I did). The dress features a back zipper and a clasp to stay secure. The material is not listed on the dress, but it seems like a mix of polyester and spandex.
