Windsor Off-the-Shoulder Peach Lace Skater Dress

Windsor flared mini dress. Worn by a size 2 but it has some stretch. The mannequin is about a size 4 and it’s just starting to look snug on her. Zips up the back, off the shoulder bands, full overlay of lace, lots of flare at the skirt with some stiffer line in hem to make it ruffly. Formed padding at chest so no bra necessary. In very good condition. 100% polyester, hand washable.
