Windsor Short Formal Dress w/ Rhinestone Belt LIKE NEW

Super cute, super comfy strapless dress with an elastic quality to the fabric. Shiny, silky taffeta material with an almost iridescent quality to the navy color. Material seems to change blues with the way the light hits. You can see the measurements of certain areas in the photos, but the material also has quite a bit of stretch to it. We added the rhinestone belt, it is sewn on so it stays in place, rhinestones are only in the front but there is a place on the side each end of the Rhine stew if you wanted to add a ribbon to put a little extra detail on the back, or wear as is, it looks great either way.
