Windsor Short Sleeve Dress

I got this cute dress from Windsor a while back, I only worn this dress a few times and It was made with holes at the bottom of the dress and holes at the top where your shoulders are at. This was my favorite short sleeve dress that I got from Windsor. Color: Grey and Orange
