Dress is from Windsor. It is a size small. The Halter strap is not adjustable but has been altered to be made a bit shorter, it was originally too long for me. It's very stretchy, material is 33% nylon/62% viscose/5% spandex. Dress has only been worn once and has been in my closet ever since.
