Windsor black and gold cocktail dress

This black and gold cocktail dress is from Windsor. It has a sheer overlay on the top with and V cut. It’s bottom is gold sequined, and has woven gold chained straps. It is a size L, but fits more like a medium, only tried on never worn. Still has original tags.
