Windsor black formal/semi-formal dress

This beautiful dress has only been worn once and is in perfect condition! It features a strapless style with a sweetheart neckline, a sparkle embellished top, and a flowy, layered bottom. Lands a bit lower than mid-thigh on someone 5'7. Dress is a size 1/2 but would fit a 0 as well. Would look great at a semi-formal or formal middle school or high school dance, a homecoming dance, etc
