Windsor dress. Altered. Homecoming or casual. Zipper is broken but lace was sewn on and it works very nicely. May be worn on its own or with a cardigan or casual with a jean jacket. Price reflects broken zipper. Still works nicely with lace ties. Very pretty and youthful. If you want an inexpensive but nice dress here you go!
