Windsor dress fancy / prom / homecoming

This would be perfect for someone going to a fancy party, homecoming/prom or a wedding! The way the back opens up is so beautiful!!! Navy blue. The bottom flows out like a skater skirt style 👗 I initially got it for a wedding that I didn’t end up going to. Never worn so it’s in new condition. The size tag says 9/10, I’m not sure what this means in Windsor language, but I’m a true 4 size small and this fit me perfectly! Open to offers
