Windsor elegant dress floor length

Buy this dress now! It looks amazing on any body type it is a size one. Fitted from the shoulders to the knees then it is more flowy at the bottom. I am 5’3 and it is floor length for me. It is just missing the tie/belt at the waist other than that is is in good condition. Size 1/2
