Windsor large black knee split mini skirt

This super cute mini skirt can be dressed up or down and zips up the back. It is missing the fabric tag but feels like polyester with spandex, definitely has stretch to it. It has a suede appearance. It measures approximately 14" across the waist and approximately 17" in length. It is in excellent condition.
