Windsor navy blue strapless prom dress.

Windsor, 0/XS, navy blue long dress, off the shoulder, strapless, that is open in the front with a short skirt under. It has pockets. Only worn once. Don’t see any stains or snags/flaws. It can be washed in cold delicate, but I have not washed it. There is no size tag (not sure why since we never removed any) but my daughter is tiny and wears a 0 or XS in dresses. I listed this as an XS but it could have been sold as a 0. Excellent condition. Pit to pit measures 14 1/2” and waist is about 12. I can do more measurements on the dress if asked.
