Windsor navy sequin gown size M. Tie up back, plunge

Beautiful floor length sequin gown. The photo from their site is have shows it to be bright blue on black but it's navy sequins on navy fabric. The back ties up. Only worn once. From a smoke free home. I had it hemmed (I'm 5'8''). Mermaid style cut.
