Windsor scalloped lace top

One piece, button top. I wore this when I was thinner a handful of times. It is a super soft cotton like material has a tiny hole on the back shown in photo. I absolutely loved wearing this with some nice jeans under a cute coat but I had my breast enlarged and now it’s just too small. I know there’s a tiny hole but the pieces just too beautiful to toss. 💕 it is more suitable for a size 2 to 4.
