Windsor sparkly party dress

Captivating, shimmery gold design. Long sleeve, short turtleneck with an open back. Haven't had the chance to wear this, I wanted it for new years but didn't really celebrate haha so I'm RePoshing. Has some fade but not difficult to fix and not really obvious when worn.
