Wine color floor length bridesmaids dress or prom

Chiffon, floor length. I am 5’4 and had it taken up 3 inches but can take the hem out (or you can if you decide to change the length). No rips or odors or stains. The hem I had done is not perfect, but again, is easily able to be taken out , none of the fabric was damaged.
