Wine colored Forever 21 fit and flare dress

Very cute, and great at accentuating the waist, has a round neck that shows a tiny bit of cleavage. Very soft and stretchy material. Worn maybe twice, no pulls or tears, would be perfect to wear as is for summer or with leggings in fall and winter!
